Hi, I’m Chantal — Account Executive at High Tide Consulting with a career rooted in the nonprofit sector. I started out in mission-driven organizations and higher education, taking on roles like Executive Assistant, Educational Assistant, Event & Volunteer Manager, Stewardship Manager, and Major Gift Officer. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the challenges nonprofits face and the incredible work they do every day.
From there, I transitioned to Blackbaud, focusing on the higher education space, and eventually discovered the powerful world of Salesforce for nonprofits. I spent three years at Salesforce working with organizations of all shapes and sizes, helping them make the most of the platform to advance their missions.
I’ve always believed my career would land at the intersection of technology and social good — and that belief continues to guide me. Wanting to be more deeply involved in the success of implementation work, I moved into the partner ecosystem where I could help lead projects from strategy through execution. At HTC, I love being a client-facing resource, building strong relationships, and supporting organizations in navigating big change with clarity and confidence.
More recently, our team is exploring the exciting use cases for ServiceNow in the nonprofit space and am energized to see more organizations adopting tools that truly fit their unique needs. I’m proud to be part of a team that believes in lifting all ships — because when our clients thrive, their communities do too.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, practicing yoga, traveling, or spending time with my family. I’m always just a phone call or email away and feel incredibly lucky to be part of the work we’re doing at High Tide.
