With the ultimate vision of inspiring literacy for all, Literacy Unlimited exists to improve English language literacy through custom-tailored tutoring services; and community education, programs, and partnerships. Leading into their 45th year of operation, this Montreal-based nonprofit is actively enhancing adult English language literacy across the West Island region.
The Challenge Literacy Unlimited Faced
With a vital mission at the heart of their work, Literacy Unlimited's team encountered several system challenges that kept them from operating efficiently. Their Salesforce system, though implemented, was underutilized and difficult to manage. Some of their biggest pain points were surrounding:
