As a Senior Project Manager at High Tide Consulting, I deliver end-to-end project management support that drives success for both internal teams and client partners. Having previously led a CRM migration on the client side in the nonprofit sector, I approach every Salesforce implementation with deep empathy and a clear understanding of the user experience.
