Anne Powell is a Solution Architect at High Tide Consulting, where she owns end-to-end solution architecture for client engagements from discovery through go-live and serves as a trusted technical advisor to client executives and steering committees.

Anne brings more than five years of Salesforce experience, specializing in requirements gathering, data model design, and complex automation. Before joining High Tide, she led requirements sessions across 15+ departments, designed scalable data models and Flow-based automations across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud, and led legacy system migrations for nonprofit clients. She has also written and presented for Salesforce's Automate This! and How I Solved It blogs with her own solutions.

Anne has earned 14 Salesforce certifications, including Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Business Analyst, and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant. She is passionate about translating complex business needs into clear, scalable solutions that help mission-driven organizations grow their impact.
