John's passion lies in leveraging technology to amplify impact within the nonprofit sector, demystifying complex data challenges and turning them into actionable insights that fuel growth. Over 12 years at Salesforce, he led solution engineering teams serving leading nonprofits including St. Jude, the American Heart Association, UNICEF USA, Make-A-Wish, the Gates Foundation, and World Vision. He also co-founded Forgo, an NGO focused on mobile micro-donations for nonprofits worldwide.

John holds an MBA from Portland State University and a BBA from Calvin University.
