I’ve spent my career fixing what others break. Whether that’s scaling a business unit from $100K to $15M in 18 months, leading global CRM and CPQ rollouts across six continents, or advising on $2B+ enterprise M&A initiatives, my focus has always been execution over ego. As Co-founder and CEO of High Tide Consulting, I’ve built a firm where every client is a reference, not just because we know Salesforce, but because we’re relentless about making it work. I’ve helped executive teams drive real transformation, leading integrations, product ownership, and strategic guidance for organizations ranging from startups to global enterprises worth billions.But what matters most to me is impact. I’m a proud dad, a lifelong volunteer, and the founder of the Judy Nelson Foundation, created in honor of my grandmother to remove barriers to education for single mothers. I also help lead the Callum & Jake Robinson Foundation, a nonprofit honoring great humans whose lives were taken too soon. Whether it’s through community work, pro bono consulting, or simply showing up for a beach cleanup, I believe in using whatever time I have to give back. Outside of work, you’ll find me coaching lacrosse, training in jiu jitsu, or staying involved in causes that matter deeply to me.
