I've spent the last 10 years living and breathing Salesforce, and I still get genuinely excited when a well-built automation does exactly what it's supposed to do. Before landing at High Tide, I spent over a decade in large-scale data migration work — which gave me a deep appreciation for doing things right the first time and building systems that hold up over time.

What drew me to High Tide was the people. This is a team that takes the mission as seriously as the technology, and that alignment matters to me. I want to work with organizations where the work actually means something, and help them build a Salesforce org that grows with them instead of holding them back.

Outside of work, you'll find me hunting down CDs, tending a smoker, or working through a home improvement project that has a mind of its own. I believe in doing things well — whether that's a rack of ribs or a data model.
