I began my Salesforce career in 2019 with The Centers for Families and Children, where I first saw how technology could transform nonprofit operations. During my time there, I collaborated with program and data teams to streamline processes and enhance reporting. That experience deepened my understanding of how Salesforce can drive measurable impact. In 2022, I transitioned into the consulting ecosystem to expand my reach and expertise. Since then, I’ve focused on helping organizations optimize their Salesforce environments to better support their missions.
