I'm a Solution Architect, Salesforce MVP alum, and the founder of Consult on Demand — where I've spent years proving that the best Salesforce work happens when you actually listen to the people using it.

I've led implementations across Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Account Engagement, and more, for organizations ranging from defense tech to museums to global education nonprofits. I love the messy middle of a project — untangling Flows, wrangling sprint plans, and turning "we hate our CRM" into "oh wait, this actually works."

Beyond client work, the Salesforce community is where my heart is. I co-created the WITness Success Conference to invest in Women in Tech leaders across the ecosystem, co-hosted the Two WIT podcast, earned the Salesforce MVP designation, and have spoken at Dreamforce and community events — including a keynote. Giving back through the ecosystem isn't a side project for me; it's the whole point.

Outside of work, I'm up before dawn lifting heavy things, obsessing over the flowers in my garden, and always on the hunt for a bourbon I haven't tried yet.
